How do I understand the different family branches?
Each branch begins with a shared couple or ancestor. Follow indented generations beneath that name to trace direct lines and sibling lines.
What date format is used in the timeline and records?
Dates are shown as Day Month Year when known. If only partial data exists, you may see Month Year or Year with an “approx.” note.
Why might one person appear under different name spellings?
Historical records often vary by language, handwriting, or migration. We keep the documented spelling and note known alternatives when confirmed.
How are corrections or new details added to the archive?
Suggested edits are reviewed against sources before publishing. Verified updates are added with a short note so changes stay transparent.
How can relatives contribute photos, stories, or documents?
Use the contribution form in the next section, include names and dates if possible, and attach context so future generations can understand each record.
